SUMMARY:
● This invention will completely restructure and revolutionize the world’s
energy applications and economy ( related to the automobile industry ).
● The investor has the potential to receive an extremely high-level return on
investment.
The U.S. spends $1.1 Trillion (USD) annually on gasoline. If the invention
would restructure just 10% of the gasoline consumption (market), it would
involve a gross profit for the investor of $110 Billion USD, and an
approximate net profit of $27 Billion USD. This would be a low-end
projection of return on investment.
I estimate the market share of this product to be a minimum of 60%, with
a projected return on investment of $660 Billion USD within 5 years after
manufacturing begins and market launch.
● Relatively short project duration. I would require 24-36 months between the
beginning, “start-up” phase and having the product finished and ready for
manufacturing. This translates to a faster return on investment.
● Obtain the necessary funding for patents, development, prototypes,
marketing, and the (initial) pre-manufacturing stage.

WHAT:
My invention (product) will use a Nikola Tesla-inspired turbine power unit
(engine) design with major, distinctive differences in the methods of how it is
powered, and how that power is utilized.
● The alternative-renewable power (energy) source is completely unique (and
will require a patent).
● The “power (energy) intensifier” and how the power (energy) is intensified
and concentrated is unique (and will require a patent).
● The “power (energy) converter” is unique (and will require a patent).
● My invention ( referred to as DRP-FB-56) is completely unique and no
similar product is available anywhere in the world.
● The power source (or my related products) are not related to any current
attempt at solving the need for alternative-renewable energy; solar panels,
electric and/or battery power, hybrid power, nuclear, steam and/or water,
chemical ( gas, oil, diesel, hydrogen, propane, etc. ), or biological/bio-fuel.
(all of these current methods and/or products have serious flaws and/or
limitations).
● The DRP-FB-56 power source, power intensifier, and power converter
systems are smaller, lighter, and (generally) more powerful than a
conventional combustion (gasoline or diesel) engine.
● This product produces no air pollution. If at least 60% of the automobile
and trucking industry implements this product it will minimize global air
pollution within 5 years.
WHY:
● Very substantial return on investment.
● No other product has the potential to completely restructure, and
revolutionize the world’s largest industry with incredible profits to the
investor.
● Whoever controls this new form of energy application will control the
transportation industry or any country ( and eventually, on a global level ).
Whoever controls the energy (and food), also controls the political
direction
of a country, possibly the direction of the global power structure.
HOW:
Pre-Manufacturing Phases:
1) Patents filed / Patent pending status acquired. Personnel hired.
Employee non-compete, confidentiality clause, etc. Attorney fees.
2) “Start-Up” phase; Building lease, interior set-up, incorporate, additional
personnel hired.
3) Invention design implemented for a transition to the interim prototype design
stage.
4) Pre-manufacturing (blueprint/CAD) phase of prototype design.
5) Construction of prototype.
6) Testing ( and final testing ) of design and prototype.
7) Product is ready for manufacturing.
Project time line: 24-36 months.

The following budget is the final edition. It replaces all other budgets posted, and is very specific concerning the type of motorsports that we will be involved with.
Two of the big differences between our motorsport team, and any other team, is that we offer 1) An ethical alternative to future sponsor chasing efforts that will repay the original investor. Not naming any team in particular, or any type of racing in particular, but "sponsor chasing" can involve very lavish parties, providing women (or men) for company executives, etc.
We will offer an ethical (moral) alternative to sponsor chasing , with approximately 20% of the racing budget directed towards established, accountable non-profit charity groups.
2) As partial (or full) collateral, we offer my alternative-renewable energy invention which is already included in the budget, and should be manufacturing-ready for $8million USD. This invention could revolutionize the energy industry, especially for all types of transportation, household and industrial needs. The potential ROI could be in the range of 100+ Billion USD

One of the unique aspects of this motorsport budget is that rather than submitting a "business plan" on paper, I will present a 5 year (VERY DETAILED) budget that takes into account the small items that add up...right down to cleaning supplies and toilet paper !
Most business plans that I have seen aren't worth the paper that they are printed on. The owner has no real concept of the funding that is really required.
I need a 5 year sponsorship commitment up front, for the stability of the future team and for the commitment of the personnel involved. No one can put 100% into a team effort when the future (funding) is unstable.

A very unique aspect concerning the fundamental principles of the team is 1) That we actually promote (moral and ethical) principles in motorsports.
2) We do not promote "sponsor-chasing" using lavish, "wine and dine" parties and V.I.P. "perks".
If reported figures are correct, some Formula 1 teams have spent $80 Million USD or more for "sponsor-chasing"...and it's pretty much directed at whatever "vice" or weakness that the potential sponsor is involved in..We believe that the money can be better spent on reputable charities that have accountability.
The motorsport (car racing) budget for 2012-2017 is $89.9 Million USD.
The first 2 years will be spent in the start-up stage, and road racing. ( I would
prefer Porsche GT3, as being the most cost-effective vs. race results).
The road racing stage will be domestic (u.s.-based), and will also include transitioning
to Formula 1 (F-1), after the first 2 years.
This motorsport budget will include the primary team owner as sole proprietor.
The team owner will have the option of allowing additional sponsors-investors to "come
on board" , to off-set some of the costs, and/or completely pay for the team with (possible)
substantial return on investment.
Once the transition into Formula 1 is complete, the team will be the premier American Formula 1
effort (with a focus on winning, not just to qualify).
- The team will have a unique, " racing with a purpose" focus. See ethical sponsor chasing listed above.
- Primary, (and only) driver, Don Pentecost.
- Extremely cost-effective budget management.
- Proven team members without having a "cookie-cutter" mentality.
- Funding is the deciding factor, not the individual ability of team members.
